A Journey from Mother Land
The journey begins at Rovie Coffee Farm, where the approach is to work in harmony with Mother Nature rather than intervening excessively. During each harvest, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are selected, ensuring a full-bodied flavor profile from the very start. Post-harvest, the coffee undergoes the "Natural" (dry) processing method; the cherries are dried on raised beds, absorbing the sun and breeze to allow the beans to develop their flavors in the most gradual and natural way possible.
